3 KANOONA AVE, ST IVES

 

This Sepp SL project provided 6 large 3 bedroom dwellings each with separate family area and 2 bathrooms and a double garage and storage space in the basement carpark.

Central lift access and a glazed walkway between and separating the units provided for direct undercover access to each dwelling.

Each dwelling receives good solar access and natural cross ventilation.

The contemporary style combined with face brickwork and terracotta tiled roof provided a strong visual connection to the local area and existing streetscape.
